Do You Ship Internationally?

We are working on creating additional shipping options for selected countries through our cart. If you are looking to ship something outside Australia, please contact us directly so we can check Shipping costs and customs laws.

What Are Your Shipping Costs?

FREE Shipping is currently offered Australia Wide on any order over $30! Postage under this amount is automatically calculated at the checkout. 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We post off orders Wednesday and Friday, excluding Australian National Public Holidays the State of Victoria and Bendigo public holidays. After receiving payment for your order as cleared funds, orders are posted on the next posting day.

How long your order takes to reach you, or the receiver depends on how your payment is processed and the type of products you have ordered. Generally orders arrive within ten business days within Australia. If an item is on back-order, we will combine your order as one parcel and ship it to you once all items for your order are ready to go.

Please note that we will endeavour to provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can keep track of your delivery. Express Post, whilst not overnight, is still the quickest way to to get any order delivered to you.

Which Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

You can pay using Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards or PayPal. All payments are processed on secure servers utilising the latest SSL technology. No credit card information is stored on the website as we utilise third party secure servers, such as those provided by Shopify and PayPal, to process your payment.
